How we screen pros
1. ID review
Every pro uploads their NIN. Our team checks that the name matches the name they signed up with. The ID image stays private and is deleted after review.
2. Work and social check
Pros share 3–5 photos of real jobs and their Instagram or TikTok page. We look through them to see their recent work. Customers never see their social links.
3. Signed agreement
Every pro accepts the HyerWise agreement before going live, including reporting every job they get through HyerWise.
4. Reviews from real customers only
Only a customer who actually contacted a pro through HyerWise can review them, once per job. We never post made-up reviews.
Stay safe when you hire
- Keep your chats on HyerWise so there's a record.
- Agree the price and the work before the job starts.
- Avoid paying the full amount upfront for big jobs.
- Report anything that feels wrong through our contact page.
These checks lower the risk but can't remove it completely, so please use your judgement too.
